REACH and SVHC candidate list

REACH is a regulation of the European Union that came into force in 2007. It serves to protect people and the environment from potential harm caused by chemicals.

At the same time, the competitiveness of the chemical industry in the EU should be increased. This is done by manufacturers and importers of chemicals, which process your data and, in addition, evaluate the potential risk. This information will be reported to the ECHA authority. In this context, the safer use of the substance is mentioned and the necessary measures for the risk management are reported to the user.

Krekeler & Losch acts according to EU regulation 1907/2006 (REACH regulation) as a downstream user (producer of products). Our business includes the manufacture of turned parts (metallic products) according to customer requirements based on the use of commercially available materials.

The materials used by Krekeler & Losch do not contain any substances of very high concern (SVHC) listed in the candidate list in concentrations greater than 0.1%.
