Customer request:

Development of a suspension for picture frames.

The suspension of the picture frame should be carried out by means of a hook, which can be easily hooked and moved into a continuous profile rail. In addition, the hook should be provided with a rivet-connection to attach a nylon cord on it.

The disadvantage with conventional rail systems for the suspension of picture frames is that the suspension has to be inserted laterally into the profile rail. This system is used, for example, in the curtain suspension, but it is cumbersome and unsatisfactory.

We were able to develop a hook for our customer, which can be easily inserted and moved into the continuous aluminum profile rail at any point. The nylon cord can be connected to the hook as desired by a rivet connection, thereby enabling easy image suspension.
