Production

We manufacture with over 80 modern curved and CNC-controlled multi-processing machines, automatic rotary indexing machine, automatic linear processing machines and Escomatic rotary machines complex ready-to-install precision turned parts with a diameter range of approximately 1mm to 40mm and a length of max. 200mm. At the same time, we are machining brass and steel materials in various materials for ring material and rod material. Depending on the customer's requirements, the high-quality rotary parts are manufactured in small, medium or large series parts or assembled into smaller assemblies.

In addition to the actual production, we are able through our technical competence to offer our customer additional services like the support of product developments, the internal design of tools and machines, the supply of customer-specific logistics solutions, the assembly of machines and the taking over of various post-processing operations.
